HONOR rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as embodied in and sanctioned by natural law and its traditions

Entrenched disparities in our laws and public policies … have often denied that equal opportunity to individuals and communities. (This statement is made by some of the very folks who write  "entrenched disparities" into “bad laws and bad public policies)."

ACKNOWLEDGE THAT The formation of a republic around these principles marked a clear departure from previous forms of government

Our country faces converging economic, health, and climate crises (Many of these "converging crises" are manufactured, promoted and perpetrated by these same folks who use fear propaganda to manipulate the will of the American people).

THIS REPUBLIC EMBODIES securing rights through a form of government that derives its legitimate power from the consent of the governed.

A historic movement for justice has highlighted the unbearable human costs of systemic racism (Going through nine pages of an online search for opinions and websites discussing “systemic racism” uncovered vast Deep-State support for this type of incendiary rhetoric). 

THIS REPUBLIC IS an exceptional Nation

Our Nation deserves an ambitious whole-of-government equity agenda (Our Nation deserves an Executive, Legislative and Judicial Department that stays within the confines of their limited delegated authority).

In recent years, a series of polemics (AKA CONTROVERSIAL ARGUMENTS) grounded in poor scholarship has vilified our Founders and our founding

Affirmatively advancing equity, civil rights, racial justice, and equal opportunity is the responsibility of the whole of our Government. (No, the responsibility of “the whole of our Government” is to secure God-given unalienable rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness – it is said that the Pursuit of Happiness in the days of our founding was understood to mean The Pursuit of Lifelong Virtue - of the citizens of the American Republic).

IT IS EVIDENT THAT many students are now taught in school to hate their own country and to believe that the men and women who built it were not heroes, but rather villains.

… a systematic approach to embedding fairness in decision-making processes, executive departments and agencies

(Who gets to decide what is fair)?

This radicalized view of American history lacks perspective, obscures virtues, twists motives, ignores or distorts facts, and magnifies flaws, resulting in the truth being concealed and history disfigured

Federal datasets are not disaggregated by race, ethnicity, gender, disability, income, veteran status, or other key demographic variables.

(If all men are created equal, endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of (Virtue), why should “Federal datasets" be disaggregated at all)?

Failing to identify, challenge, and correct this distorted perspective could fray and ultimately erase the bonds that knit our country and culture together.

RECOGNIZING equal rights for all citizens

TO ENHANCE religious fellowship, good will, generosity of heart, an emphasis on our shared principles, and an inclusive vision for the future

TO ENSURE A rediscovery of a shared identity rooted in our founding principles

TO REMIND US THAT AN informed and honest patriotism that is essential for a successful republic.

A restoration of American education grounded in the principles of our founding that is accurate, honest, unifying, inspiring, and ennobling must ultimately succeed at the local level.

The role of the Federal Government is to protect and preserve State and local control

THE GOAL IS to better enable a rising generation to understand the history and principles of the founding of the United States in 1776 and to strive to form a more perfect Union

THE PRESIDENT RECOMMENDATION IS TO produce a report for the President, within 1 year of the date of this order, which shall be publicly disseminated, regarding the core principles of the American founding and how these principles may be understood to further enjoyment of “the blessings of liberty” and to promote our striving “to form a more perfect Union.

And when are We the People going to chain our public functionaries to their constitutionally limited delegated authorities granted to them by We the People to secure our Individual Rights?

And when are We the People going to hold them in contempt of their sacred Oaths to Protect and Defend the Constitution(s) of our Republic(s)?
