Court Cases
Every Wednesday, the Magnificent Republic group reviews important findings in court cases. When you are caught up in the "Hamster Wheel of Injustice" (that can drain you financially and emotionally), you must understand your rights.
The Constitution and laws made pursuant to it are on our side.
We know you have heard us say it before, the lynch pin case that defines the American Republic like no other case is Norton vs Shelby County, TN 118 US 425 (1886). Please take the time to read it carefully.
Team Republic has materials to help you understand the key concepts of this case that has never been challenged in a court of law and Norton vs Shelby County has been cited most recently in what's called "The Documents Case" No. 23-80101-CR-CANNON by Judge Aileen Cannon in the US District Court Southern District of Florida West Palm Beach Division.
Following are links to other cases that Team Republic are studying or will study in the future.

Pacific States Telephone and Telegraph v Oregon, 223 US 118 (1912) wherein these Justices were quite specific when they opined that "Government by the people directly is the attribute of a pure democracy, and is subversive of the principles upon which the Republic is founded" (Read Paragraph 14).
