11/15/2024 Just Sayin'

I like sports.  I watch the "big" games.  When I do, I marvel at the intensity, passion and fervor of the fans (hoping and praying that these Americans have as much built-in intensity, passion and fervor for our MAGNIFICENT REPUBLIC).

It occurred to me that I also pray that all the fine men and women living in America who have spent their lives getting ready to fight in a competitive and highly-enjoyable-and-to-watch sport understand that when our country is in peril, it is you who are in the best physical condition to Save Our American Republic (SOAR).  

It is sad to say that many of your fellow Americans have been trapped in a state of disobedience to God and human-frailty-induced lethargy.  

Finally, I pray that RFK Jr. will be successful in leading us into MAHA (Making America Healthy Again).  He has my admiration and best wishes for a speedy return to American Magnificence that would best be achieved with a Healthy America.

President Trump's 10-Point Plan

According to an article posted to Conservative Brief, President Trump wants to “totally reform FISA courts, which are so corrupt that the judges seem to not care when they are lied to in warrant applications.”

This Conservative Brief article is entitled “Biden Makes Hilarious Move When He Meets Trump at White House” so you have to scroll down the article quite a bit to find the commentary on the Plan.

If you scroll far enough down, you will see that this article continues by stating that President Trump “also wants Congress to set up a system of independent auditors that will keep an eye on intelligence agencies all the time to make sure they aren’t spying on Americans or meddling in American elections without permission.”

The article concluded this point by stating that President Trump “stressed the importance of protecting people’s privacy and stopping unauthorized monitoring.”

If I had President Trump’s ear (no pun intended), I would encourage him to read FISA vs The Fourth, and to help The People establish a highly efficient Defend the Fourth Amendment Plan that would put a stop to The People being forced to give up their Liberty as they do when they comply with going through dangerous and intrusive body-scan devices before entering into The People’s Courthouse.

I might like to very respectfully remind the Peace Officers (who are all over court buildings) that they should stop violating their Oaths of Office to protect and defend the US Constitution, as they do when they go along with a 'judicial public functionary' or 'legislative public functionaries’ usurpation of limited delegated authority never granted to them in the first place.

The Fourth Amendment is very clear about the due process requirements of search and seizure requests.

Maybe, again with all due respect, our Magnificent Republic Peace Officers should instead be on high alert during their working hours; ready to deescalate any visible threats because one bad actor might get into the building armed; RATHER than violating all the rest of our constitutionally-codified rights that are given to us by God on an individual basis.
