It brings me no joy to challenge such a highly-respected, well-positioned and intelligent man like Newt Gingrich; however his incorrectly calling President Donald J. Trump “The De Facto President” is of such consequence to the American People’s Understanding of the MAGNIFICENT REPUBLIC that I must!

Signing Bills into Law without fully reading them and without researching whether they are written "in pursuance of" the U.S. Constitution is a National Security Risk.
