RE: Ineligibility of Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed to run for and occupy the 2026 U.S. Senate seat from Michigan

For the following reasons, I am informing you of the authority of the above three Public Functionaries to sanction and remove the subject person’s name from the November 3, 2026, ballot for election to the U.S. Senate from the State of Michigan due to his ineligibility to run for office.

Abdulrahman El-Sayed’s stated platform positions, such as:

Medicare For All, lifting a payroll tax cap on high-earners (See Abdul El-Sayed Just Admitted Medicare for All Requires Massive Tax Increases on Everyone, posted at Townhall on August 10, 2026, written by Amy Curtis),

Creating a federal framework for state-level property tax freezes (See Why Property-Tax Relief for Seniors is a Bad Idea, posted at City Journal on July 10, 2026, written by Judge Glock),

Calling for the defunding of the police (See "Defund the Police" Scandal Now Rocking Michigan Democrat's Senate Candidate, posted at RedState on July 07, 2026, written by Ward Clark),

Abolishing ICE, calling for radical changes to our United States Supreme Court, giving drivers’ licenses to “undocumented” persons (AKA illegal aliens) who are in our Country (See A Vision for Two Very Different Americas posted on Rumble on Talk Red on or around August 09, 2026, by The White House),

Massive federal government taxation and control over industry (e.g. Federal government shutdown of Ai corporations that don’t use union labor), the use of taxpayers money for so-called “gender-affirming care” (which in reality is mutilation of the human body) (See The Bernie Sanders Proposal Not Extreme Enough for Abdul El-Sayed, posted on Daily Wire on August 12, 2026, written by Leif Le Mahieu),

And, his open disdain for American History and white people in general and his lack of understanding of what it means to live in a REPUBLIC – not a “democracy” (Listen to Dr. Abdul El-Sayed Keynote Speech at CAIR Oklahoma's 16th Annual Awards Banquet posted on YouTube, presented on October 22, 2022),

NOTE, El-Sayed might be more genuine and culturally beneficial to bash the centuries old history of Islamic worldwide conquest that began in 622 AD and continues yet today (See Early Islamic Conquests: 100 Years of Violent Expansion posted at The Truth in Islam website),

And, again, his advocacy for Shariah Law (See Revealed: El-Sayed Proclaimed 'Obligation' to Follow Shariah Law Until The Day He Dies, posted at The Washington Free Beacon on August 11, 2026, written by Andrew Kerr and Jessica Schwalb),

Disqualifies him as a candidate for any office within the U.S. government. 

The truth is that Islam is a militaristic, political theocracy, that couches itself as a “religion” so as to claim American First Amendment “cover” for it’s stated goal of WORLDWIDE CONQUEST. As stated in this article posted to the Hoover Institute, “… political Islam implies a constitutional order fundamentally incompatible with the US Constitution and with the ‘constitution of liberty’ that is the foundation of the American way of life.”

For all the above reasons, I request that each of the three named recipients of this letter respond to me in writing, within 7 days of receipt of this letter, indicating under which Article, Section, or Clause of the U.S. Constitution and/or the Michigan State Constitution they think that they derive the authority to place Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed on any “ballot” running for any “office” in America, a country founded upon the premise that All States Are To Be Guaranteed a Republican Form of Government, as per Article IV, Section 4, of the U.S. Constitution.

I look forward to your responses, that I pray will be in accordance with your Oaths of Office that you yourselves took to Protect and Defend the United States Constitution.
