“Immediately after the Constitution was adopted, politicians (more accurately called Public Functionaries) began looking for ways to usurp their limited delegated duties or to violate their sacred Oaths to Protect and Defend Our Constitution.
The way the system works is this:
If something is done that the Constitution does not allow and it is contested, the Constitution wins.
If the action is not contested, the improper action is allowed to continue until it is contested. That's called Ratification through Compliance - But fraud vitiates everything!
And so here we are, 200+ years later with an overblown bureaucracy, overblown debt, taxes and other things that should have been dealt with long ago, but were not.
If this issue is not corrected soon, we will lose the America that we love. We are determined not to let that happen, but we need your help.

Let us know who you are and sign on to help. Let your children know what you are doing and get them to help too. After we get the Republic back in shape we do not want the next generation to throw it away.
Together, we must discover or develop pathways of resistance for every issue.”
That said, we do not advocate, encourage or support ANY acts of violence to advance the cause of our Magnificent Republic. Do not bring violence to this effort or you will be asked to leave our organization; in fact, please leave the American Republic entirely.
All donations will be efficiently utilized for raising mass awareness on the tenets of a Constitutional Republic, the values within the Constitution, efforts to restore the Constitutional Republic to America, driving forward the advancement of fairness and integrity in politicians, hosting patriotic events, defending constitutional rights, and additional patriotic-focused efforts. All Magnificent Republic members are volunteers.
Once a month, Magnificent Republic has an in-person meeting at a local restaurant in Southfield, Michigan. Our next in-person meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 5 pm to 9 pm EST.

Following is an excerpt from the 9-0 unanimous US Supreme Court decision in Norton vs Shelby County, TN 118 US 425 (1886), that was used by Judge Aileen Cannon in her 2024 decision that Merrick Garland's appointment of so-called "special counsel" Jack Smith was in violation of the Appointments Clause and the Appropriations Clause of the US Constitution in US vs Trump.

It brings me no joy to challenge such a highly-respected, well-positioned and intelligent man like Newt Gingrich; however his incorrectly calling President Donald J. Trump “The De Facto President” is of such consequence to the American People’s Understanding of the MAGNIFICENT REPUBLIC that I must!
